Staffera - Platform Terms of Use
By using Staffera you accept these terms. Please read them before registering or using our services. If you disagree, do not use the platform.
By creating an account or using Staffera from any device (mobile, tablet or computer), you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and our privacy policy. If you are a minor, you need authorization from a legal guardian.
Staffera is a hotel recruitment platform. You may only use it to search for employment (candidates) or hire staff (hotels) legitimately. You may not: post false information, use the platform for illegal purposes, attempt to access other accounts, or interfere with the service.
You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. All activity from your account is your responsibility. If you detect unauthorized use, contact us immédiately at support@staffera.eu.
All code, design, logos, text and AI of Staffera are owned by its developers. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any component. Content you upload (CV, profile data) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it to registered hotels per our privacy policy.
Staffera facilitates the connection between candidates and hotels but does not guarantee hiring results. We are not liable for: third-party hiring decisións, data loss caused by external factors, temporary service interruptions, or AI recommendation outcomes. The service is provided 'as is' and we strive to keep it available and secure.
We may suspend or delete your account if you breach these terms, post false or harmful content, or misuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@staffera.eu. Active subscriptions are managed per Stripe's policy.
We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes implies acceptance. Contact: admin@staffera.eu.
