Staffera is a web platform (staffera.eu) that connects hospitality professionals looking for work with hotels across Europe. It serves two audiences:

1. **Candidates** — People seeking jobs in the hospitality industry (reception, kitchen, housekeeping, management, bartenders, spa therapists, etc.)
2. **Hotels** — Hotels, resorts and hospitality businesses looking to recruit qualified staff

## How it works for Candidates

1. Register for free at staffera.eu
2. Complete your professional profile: nationality, location, experience, desired positions, languages spoken, availability, salary expectations, accommodation needs
3. Upload your CV in PDF format
4. Select up to 3 preferred European countries where you'd like to work (shown with flag emojis)
5. Premium candidates (4.99 EUR/month) can upload a 30-second video introduction and get profile photos visible to hotels
6. Hotels find you through search, contact you via the platform messaging system

## How it works for Hotels

1. Register for free at staffera.eu — all hotels get full Premium access at no cost
2. Complete hotel profile and onboarding
3. Wait for verification by the Staffera team (required before accessing candidate profiles)
4. Once verified: search candidates with advanced filters (position, language, country, experience, availability, salary range, relocation willingness, accommodation needs)
5. Use AI-powered matching to find the best candidates for your positions
6. Contact candidates directly through the platform, download CVs, watch video introductions
7. Manage your hiring pipeline with favorites, hires and candidate tracking
